  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate service agreement

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business details, including ad content, creatives, images, and targeting preferences
  • Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies, local laws, and advertising standards
  • Acknowledge that any ad disapproval or policy violation due to misleading claims or restricted content is solely your responsibility

5. Performance & Results Disclaimer

While we implement industry-leading strategies to maximize performance:

  • We do not guarantee specific results such as the number of leads, conversions, or revenue
  • Campaign outcomes may vary based on budget, competition, market dynamics, and platform algorithms
  • Lead conversion depends on factors beyond our control, such as your sales process, service quality, and business operations

6. Prohibited Activities

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

  • Use our services for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
  • Violate Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platform policies
  • Engage in unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our proprietary strategies or content
  • Submit content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal products/services

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, strategies, and materials developed by CKMehta.com are protected under intellectual property laws
  • Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use campaign materials during the service period
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of our work without written consent is strictly prohibited

8. Third-Party Services & Tools

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager

We are not responsible for issues caused by these third-party platforms, including account suspensions, technical errors, or policy restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • CKMehta.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services
  • This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, business interruption, or data breaches
  • In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question

10. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with 7 days’ written notice
  • If terminated by the client before the project or campaign completion, no refunds will be provided
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or breach of advertising policies

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or industry standards.

  • Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms
